Wynn Mainzer
Wynn Mainzer comes from a professional musical family wherein her grandfather played the bass back in the "jazz era" to her mother, Jackie Vos, still currently singing in the Chicagoland area. Wynn grew up with inspiration from the likes of Barbara Streisand, Nancy Wilson to Diana Krall. She brings a smooth, sultry delivery to easy on the ears standards with her own creativity and style. In the Fall 2003, she recorded a CD with per singing partner, Sal Barbarito and both are touted as being "the Steve and Eydie" of the area and are gaining great popularity. They will be releasing a new CD in the fall of 2004. Singing at Pop’s in Highwood will enhance her career goals and aspirations.

Debbie Miller-Koziarz
Debbie Miller-Koziarz has a wide range of talent and unlimited energy which ger career demonstrates. A graduate of Northwestern University, Debbie started singing n the Sabre Room Supper Club in Chicago at the age of 16. She appeared in the movies Mahogany with Diana Ross, Hunter with Steve McQueen, and Light of Day. Her televison credits include Duke with Robert Conrad and 5 seasons she appeared as one of the on-camera hosts of WGN’s annual Auto Show TV special with the late Bob Collins. Debbie has appeared on stage with George Maharis in Boeing Boeing and on camera in iver 50 TV commercials for clients like Ford, Sears, and Dr. Scholls. Debbie’s modeling career was cut short when the car she was struck by a drunk driver. After nine operations she was able to resume her career. Her comeback received national attention. Hour Magazine, Oprah Winfrey, AM San Francisco, NBC News and a Tribune feature story gave her the forum to speak against drunk drivers and for seat belt safety. Besides having organized and produced scores of benefit concerts, Deb’s taught children’s theater arts classes fro Apple Tree Theater, and enjoys taking piano lessons, helping to direct local children’s theater, and singing for senior citizens – who consider her a kid.

Sally Schleker
This marks Sally's 5th appearance with Singer Spotlight--usually up north, here at Pop's Highwood, but has also been heard with the Unplugged crowd at UncommonGround. For many years Sally has performed in a variety of musical productions all along the North Shore. In the past few years, she has had a successful cabaret career at Davenport's in Chicago but is presently on an extended maternity leave. (No, no, no, it's not what you're thinking...her musical director's wife had a baby.) Besides singing, wherever and whenever she can, Sally spends her "spare time" teaching 2nd grade, perusing (or is that cruising ) dating websites and learning the computer skills she needs to get her website, www.sallyschleker.com, up and running. Sally would like to thank the producers who continue to allow her to be a part of the Singer Spotlight family. Special thanks to all her fans, friends and family, who are willing to come out and stay up late on a school night.
