Nancy Shaffer
Singer/songwriter, Nancy Shaffer fronted several rock and roll bands including the all-girl band Bitch. As a songwriter, Nancy signed a contract with Warner/Chappell Music. During the past 12 years, Nancy has recorded numerous radio and television commercial jingles including national spots for Sears, Sprite, McDonalds, Hawaiian Punch, Glade, Mr. Clean and at least 100 other commercials. Nancy has been the lead singer with the widely known Jack Kramer Orchestra for 13 years and also fronts her own dance band SuperGroove. Nancy graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in music education and has been a music enrichment specialist to preschoolers for the past five years. Her most enjoyable and challenging career is raising her two daughters, ages seven and ten!

Sue Sussman
Sue Sussman started singing and playing folk music when she was 8 years old. She was the lead singer in a country-rock band in the early '80's. More recently she has been singing jazz. Her talent has been showcased in clubs around the Chicago area including The White Manor, The Wham Bongo Bar & Grill and ESPIAL and the Abbey Pub.

Shana Spiegel
Shana's been a top backing vocalist in numerous groups in Chicago for nearly 10 yearsand you can currently check out her singing such groups as BrotherBrother, Tributosaurus, Stephanie Rogers Band, and Kari Nelson Group. She's always looking for backing vox work with additional successful original acts/performers for their live shows, tours, and recordings. Kim Michalek
I have been singing for 5 years. My singing career started off as good clean karaoke fun. It then grew into singing lessons, 2 bands which performed at local nightclubs, private parties & weddings, studio work and singing contests. My current project is my first Singers Spotlight. I am honored to be able to sing for you all tonight. Enjoy!
