the woods would be very silent

except the best
I find it incredibly difficult to write or talk about myself. Maybe
that's the reason I like to observe other people's actions and emotions.
Comparing them to what I would think or feel, whether I would agree
or disagree, is the basis for a musical response. Taking that emotive
reply, shaping it with words and melody, then, forming the entire
process into one completed song, is a wondrous accomplishment that
I would love to share with anyone who will take the time to listen.
Michelle Hallman
Michelle Hallman was born and raised in Miami, Florida.
She sang in several bands there and performed in cruise ship shows.
She has been a working musician for over 15 years and has a background
in blues, funk, R&B, rock and jazz. Since she moved to Chicago in
1992, Hallman has been a part of many different musical projects
including Funkhouse, Butterfly McQueen, Amazing Headgear, the Weebles
and The Rob Curtis Orchestra. Michelle was recently invited to join
SAG. for her vocal work on several different TV commercial spots.
She is also an established percussionist and has lent her vocal
and percussion skills to many recording efforts including an upcoming
CD by Amazing Headgear, Mr. Blotto, and her own original CD titled
"Winter's Day."
Ben
Hollis
With seven regional EMMYS to his
credit for producing and hosting excellence, Ben Hollis has been
a fixture on the Chicago television scene since 1989. But before
Ben had ever picked up a mike to interview anybody on TV he was
entertaining audiences in Chicago, D.C., New York and L.A. with
his original tunes, singing and accompanying himself on guitar.
With gigs at prestigious clubs like Fitzgeralds, Beat Kitchen, Wise
Fools, Lyons Den and The Heartland Caf, plus a pajama-clad appearance
on The WGN Morning News Ben and his significant others are ready
for anything. "Terrific," says Rick Kogan of WGN radio. "I was blown
away." For more information, visit www.benhollis.com
Jennifer
Anglin
Jennifer
Anglin is blessed to be able to make her living as an actress, and
still be home enough to ENJOY her life with her husband Ricardo,
son Alex, and the HUNDREDS of neighbor kids who come over to play
all the time. Although you won't see Jennifer onstage at any theatre
soon, she can be seen regularly on TV in numerous commercials, including
her favorite " The Vacuum Racer" for Bissell. If you like to rent
movies, she's in "Save the Last Dance", but you have to look quick
because she's dead before the opening credits roll........... Jennifer
spends an inordinate amount of time meditating, thinking deep thoughts,
and looking through catalogs.
